Refunds and Cancellations

1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and services offered by Dreaming In Real Life™ Transformation Program™ (the "Company") through dreaminginreallife.com (the "Site"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are deemed delivered upon the earlier of download, access, or transmission of access credentials. Except where a non-waivable right of withdrawal applies under the law of your jurisdiction, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation terminates future billing; it does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of amounts already paid for the current or any prior period.

4. Method of Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the contact method identified in Section 8. A cancellation is effective upon the Company's receipt of the request.

5. Discretionary Refunds

The Company may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in a particular case. Any such refund or credit is granted on a one-time basis, does not modify this Policy, and does not constitute a waiver of the Company's rights with respect to any other transaction.

6. Non-Conforming Deliverables

Where a deliverable materially fails to conform to the specifications set forth in a written agreement between you and the Company, your exclusive remedy is correction of the non-conformity by the Company within a commercially reasonable period. Notice of any claimed non-conformity must be given in writing within thirty (30) days of delivery.

7. Precedence of Signed Agreements

If you have executed a written agreement with the Company that addresses fees, milestones, acceptance, cancellation, or termination, that agreement controls and supersedes this Policy to the extent of any conflict.
