1. Ownership
Except as expressly stated, all content appearing on dreaminginreallife.com (the "Site") is the property of Dreaming In Real Life™ Transformation Program™ (the "Company") or its licensors and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and applicable international treaties. Protected content includes, without limitation, page layouts and structures; written material, curricula, guides, and documentation; software, source code, databases, schemas, and interface designs; frameworks, scoring logic, and instructional language; and logos, graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
2. Trademarks
Dreaming In Real Life™ and DIRL™ are marks of the Company. All other product and company names referenced on the Site may be the marks of their respective owners. No right or license to use any mark of the Company is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
3. Limited License
The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view pages of the Site, to print or store copies for your own internal reference, and to share public links to the Site. No other use is permitted.
4. Restrictions
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, adapt, or create derivative works from any content of the Site, nor extract or repurpose any framework, process, or software described on the Site for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the Company or a fully executed written agreement.
5. Automated Collection and Machine Learning
The scraping, crawling, or bulk collection of content from the Site, and the use of any content of the Site as training, fine-tuning, or evaluation data for any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, is prohibited absent the prior written consent of the Company. This restriction applies to text, code, images, and machine-generated output alike.
6. User Content
Content submitted by a user remains the property of that user. The respective rights of the user and the Company in such content are governed by the written agreement between them, which controls over this notice to the extent of any conflict.
7. Third-Party Work
References to prior client engagements appearing on the Site remain the property of the respective client and are presented solely to illustrate the nature and quality of services rendered.
8. Notice of Claimed Infringement
A party who believes that material on the Site infringes its copyright may submit a written notice to the Company at the address set forth in Section 9. The notice should identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, the location of the material claimed to be infringing, and contact information sufficient to permit the Company to respond.
