Dreaming In Real Life DIRL

The Program

Built in the order a person can actually absorb it.

Most programs hand you everything at once and call it value. DIRL gives you one thing at a time, and does not move on until it is yours.

How a lesson runs

Four movements, every time.

1

Teaching

The idea itself, taught plainly, with real examples from thirty years of working with real people. No jargon and no theory for its own sake.

2

Reflection

Guided questions that turn the idea toward your own life. This is where you find out what you actually think, which is often not what you assumed.

3

Application

A concrete thing to go do this week. Small enough to finish, real enough to change something. Insight becomes an Action Plan.

4

Integration

What happened when you tried it, what you learned, and how it becomes part of how you live rather than something you did once.

Your tools

Worksheets you can open any time.

Your tools, in your hands, whenever you reach for them.

Every worksheet, form and tool in the program lives in one place you can reach whenever you need it. Not buried inside a lesson you have to hunt for. When the hard conversation is tomorrow morning, you open the tool tonight.

  • Every worksheet from every lesson, in one library, always open.
  • Fill them in, save them, and come back a year later to see how far you moved.
  • Print them, work them by hand, and bring them back in.

Your coach

Support that knows the whole picture.

The coaching inside DIRL is built on the founder's own teaching, in her own words, from her own thirty years of work. It understands the context around your situation instead of treating one hard moment like an isolated question.

It is there when you need it, which is rarely during office hours.

DIRL is education and coaching. It is not therapy and it is not medical care. It works alongside professional help, and it will tell you plainly when a human being is the right next step.

Pace

You do not have to change everything today.

One step, then another, then another.

A person overwhelmed by everything they need to change would not have to change everything today. Technology could help turn an enormous life transformation into one achievable baby step, then another, then another until 365 days of small decisions become a very different life.

Be told when it opens
