Opening soon
Thirty years of this work is about to become something you can use.
DIRL is a guided program that teaches you how to steady yourself, understand yourself, and be good to the people you love. Not someday. On a Tuesday, in the middle of it.
Why it exists
Nobody ever taught us this part.
Why don't we have classes in schools teaching us about ourselves and about improving our relationships?
Twelve years of school. Math, science, a language, an instrument maybe. Not one hour on how to know yourself, how to hold your temper, how to say the hard thing kindly, how to come back from something that broke you.
So we get handed adult lives with none of the tools, and we improvise, and we call the improvising our personality.
The gap
The books stop at the diagnosis.
Self-help focuses on the problems not on how to improve your every day life in the moments you need it most
You finish the book. You highlighted half of it. You understood every word. Then Tuesday arrives, the argument starts, the panic rises, the old habit wins, and none of it is in reach when it matters.
Knowing why you do something has never once stopped you from doing it. What changes a life is a skill you can reach for while the moment is still happening.
This is what it is all for.
What DIRL does
Skills for the moment you are actually in.
add peace and coping skills with real life self-help when you need it most.
- One step at a time, in an order that builds, so nothing is ever overwhelming.
- Worksheets and tools you keep, and can open any time, not only inside a lesson.
- Coaching trained on thirty years of the founder's own teaching, in her own words.
- Progress you can see, in your own handwriting, over a year of small decisions.
The work is never only about you. It shows up in every person you love.
Better with yourself. Better with everyone else.
Nobody grows in a jar. The steadier you get, the easier you are to live with, work with, and love. That is the whole return on this.
